Maxothermie®HFF
Flushing Fluid
MAXOTHERMIE®-HFF is a long-life, additive-free hot flushing fluid engineered for effective cleaning and preventative maintenance of liquid phase heat transfer systems. It is formulated with a high aromatic solvent base that dissolves sludge, carbon deposits, and degradation by-products without interrupting production.
Unlike conventional flushing oils, MAXOTHERMIE-HFF can operate as a temporary heat transfer fluid, allowing systems to continue running while internal cleaning takes place. It is suitable for long-term circulation in moderate temperature systems and supports a complete oil cycle when required.

General System Cleaning & Start-Up Overview
Drain existing heat transfer fluid completely, including low points
Air-blow system to remove residual fluid (“heel”)
Charge system with MAXOTHERMIE®-HFF
Circulate at recommended temperature for approximately 24 hours
Drain flushing fluid and air-blow again
Recharge system with fresh MAXOTHERMIE® heat transfer fluid
Follow standard controlled temperature ramp-up procedures
