  • We, at Nirmal Energy Limited focus on comprehensive customer care and providing service support for Baltur Burners, Baltur Hot Water Boilers, Solar Heating systems,   Pumps and pumping systems including Hydro-pneumatic pressure systems which widely known as pressure systems, Heat transfer equipment and Heat transfer Fluids-Therminol. We undertake annual maintenance contracts / annual service contracts for the customers to make available the equipment / burner service round the year and to avoid down time thereby increasing productivity and efficiency of the equipment.
  • We have a half a dozen of Nirmal Energy’s Baltur Burner Business Associates, seven Authorised Service Providers and dealers to take care of such services and contracts across India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. We undertake routine, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance, equipment health checks, safety and control checks, overhauling and regular efficiency monitoring and tuning etc. We have well trained engineers and technical services executives to take care of the effective service supports as and when needed by customers.
  • In our training program, we provide training to our customers for our products and services and similarly we regularly conduct training for our technical service executives to embrace with upgrades and latest technologies in this field.
