TBML P Series – Two-Stage Dual Fuel Burners
The TBML P series are two-stage dual fuel burners with mechanical air flow regulation. They are suitable for applications where simple dual fuel performance and reliable operation are required.
Typical models in this series include:
• TBML 60 P – approx. 200 kW to 600 kW
• TBML 90 P – approx. 420 kW to 950 kW
• TBML 150 P – approx. 550 kW to 1500 kW
These models deliver a robust two-stage combustion profile with low NOx and CO emissions on both gas and light oil when operating within their rated capacities.
TBML MC Series – Two-Stage Progressive Dual Fuel Burners
The TBML MC range are two-stage progressive burners that gradually increase output to better match boiler demand. Mechanical cam regulation helps maintain stable performance across firing ranges.
Representative models in this series include:
• TBML 50 MC – 100 kW to 500 kW
• TBML 80 MC – 180 kW to 850 kW
• TBML 120 MC – 250 kW to 1200 kW
• TBML 160 MC – 350 kW to 1600 kW
• TBML 200 MC – 450 kW to 2000 kW
• TBML 260 MC – 500 kW to 2600 kW
• TBML 360 MC – 700 kW to 3600 kW
These burners offer progressive control suitable for medium to high-capacity heating systems where stepping combustion can improve efficiency.
TBML ME Series – Modulating Dual Fuel Burners
The TBML ME range features electronic modulation on the gas side and two-stage operation on the oil side, enabling more precise control of heat output to closely match load conditions.
Common TBML ME models include (industrial capacities also available):
• TBML 50 ME – approx. 100 kW to 500 kW
• TBML 80 ME – approx. 180 kW to 850 kW
• TBML 120 ME – approx. 250 kW to 1200 kW
• TBML 160 ME – approx. 350 kW to 1600 kW
• TBML 200 ME – approx. 450 kW to 2000 kW
• TBML 260 ME – approx. 500 kW to 2600 kW
• TBML 360 ME – approx. 700 kW to 3600 kW
• Larger industrial ME units such as TBML 900 ME, TBML 1200 ME, TBML 1600 ME, and TBML 2000 ME are available for high-capacity applications above 900 kW.
The ME series is designed for modulating heat output, making it suitable for applications where matching burner output to variable load is important.
TBML ME-V Series – Modulating Burners with Inverter Control
The TBML ME-V series adds variable fan speed via inverter to the ME base design. This allows noise reduction, improved turndown behavior, and lower electrical consumption while retaining dual fuel flexibility and modulation features.
Emission and Control Features (Applicable to All Series)
Most Baltur dual fuel series incorporate:
• Compliance with European burner standards EN676 and EN267 (low NOx and CO)
• Manual fuel switching between gas and oil
• Flame detection via UV photocell
• Combustion air and head regulation systems
Optional accessories and control enhancements (available on request) include: advanced combustion control systems (O2 or CO kits) and integration with bus protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet).
