Dr. Madhusoodanan.S | Chairman & Managing Director 

  • Dr. Madhusoodanan.S is presently working as Chairman & Managing Director of Nirmal Energy Limited. He is one of the promoters of the company and he is responsible for the overall growth of the organization and orchestrating the revenue side of the business. Apart from it, he is also at helm of Heatran Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Tepskart.in, and Nirmal Encon Services, an Energy Solution and energy resources management consultant. He is also co-chair of Charitable trust, Madhu And Rajni Care Foundation.
  • After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, started his career with various corporate companies in their new expansion projects and part of team looking Energy Saving Equipment and Thermal Power Station modernization and expansion and pursued the study in MBA marketing and an Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad.
  • In 1989, joined with Thermax Limited, Pune, and served in various functions and locations including Pune , Mumbai and Ahmedabad as a Corporate Area Manager and as Regional Manager- Western Region. In 1997, he has joined as Vice President / Director – Sales & Marketing for a German Company and he was responsible for the sales of Burners and heating equipment in Indian Sub-continent and South East Asia later in 1998 Dec, he relocated to Ahmedabad and commenced M/S. Nirmal Energy. He has earned his Ph.D. in marketing Management.

Rajni Madhusoodanan | Director – Finance & HR 

She is responsible for the HR & Finance from its inception and she is a one of the promoters of the company. After her Graduation, she passed out with an MBA in Finance and Diploma in Computer Application from one of the reputed universities.

Arvind Modgil | Group Business Head 

  • He is currently taking care of sales and marketing of all trading products group as Group Business Head and Vice President responsible for the overall sales growth and orchestrating the revenue side of the business.
  • He is Electronics Engineer having a decade long sales experience in MNCs and grown through the sales and marketing function and was working as Regional Manager in Mumbai.

Subramanian | Director – Commercial 

  • He is responsible for commercial activities of the company and he has having wide range of experience in this field for more than 32 Years.

Nirmal Madhusoodanan | Sales & Marketing – Director 

He is currently taking care of role of National Sales, New business development, identifying the systems, equipment and striving for energy efficient opportunities for the company activities and he has having wide range of experience in this field for more than 7 Years. He is having work experience in Torrent Power Ltd, Nestle Limited and Amazon.com etc in Sales & Marketing Field and he is a B.Tech (Ele) and MBA from Indian Institute Of Management – Mumbai (NITIE Mumbai). 

Dr.Nidhi Madhusoodanan | Director 

She is a General Physician with MBBS and pursuing for Post Graduation. She is one of the shareholders of the Company since 2020.
